Let's never stop. Thank you for the last two years of belly laughs, cuddles, support, adventure and love. I know like fine wine we're just going to keep getting better. ❤️ . . . Can I encourage you not to marry someone you can't live without or someone who can't live without you? That's codependency and not the way we were designed to live. We weren't created to "save" each other, as the sole means to BE the other's happiness, or to give one another a reason to live. That's too much pressure and responsibility for us fragile humans. I mean heck, I get anxiety going to the airport! How am I supposed to fully sustain another's emotional needs?! Spoiler: I'm not! Only God can do that for us. Find someone who's not putting needs that can only be met by our creator, on your shoulders! Most of the time they're not doing it maliciously, but this is the rest of your life we're talking about! Can you afford to be drained forever? I decided before I met Kellan that I couldn't. And don't marry out of fear that it's your only shot at having a life partner. That's a sure sign it's not right. Marry someone that when you take a step back and assess your life, you CAN live without (because you're healthy and whole all on your own), but you'd choose not to. Someone who chooses to love you rather than gets a payoff from you, is one of the most powerful things and it's worth waiting for. Trust me.
