Working my current #spring #fitness plan to get my #body back in action following the cold #winter ???????? ???? #Hiking the red rocks of #Sedona three days a week, three #miles each, minimum #Strength training with my #personaltrainer Naomi (ok so it's my #daughter, age 11 ???? ) twice per week and/or #Yoga twice per week, impromptu #practice at #home focusing on #corestrength and #inversions Spontaneous #dance in the vibration of #joy daily while cleaning the house ???? And last but never least - #sacredbathing with the #Splendor protocol. ???????????? Did you know that #baths actually burn calories, improve #circulation and help to not only #purify but also keep the whole body #fit? There is actual #science to validate this, if you go in for that sort of thing. I'm going with it ???????? ???? This is day three of three #hikes.
