You can do these at home or in a gym. DB Romanian deadlifts????????‍♂️. These are a really terrific exercise for your hamstrings, glutes and back. I'm using 17.5 lbs weights in each hand for sets of 20 reps and I just love how they make my backside feel. My big keys are to keep the core muscles really tight, keep the back flat, and keep the arms straight. I'm just hinging at the hips and pushing my hips back as far as I can, and then driving them forwards so they lock out nicely. I make sure to really feel this in my hamstrings and glutes and that there is no strain in my back. Wearing (as always!!) my @womensbest camo leggings and True tank top. @womensbest is now coming in XXL sizes! I wish I had these clothes when I was first starting out instead of wearing all the saggy baggy clothes I used to wear when I was 200 lbs. you have to celebrate where you are gals! ????????
