Here is one of my favorite exercises to train and shape my shoulders: seated lateral raises. You also don't need a gym to do these, just some dumbbells or soap bottles and a chair. ???????? What I'm thinking of: 1) keeping a proud chest, shoulders back 2) stretching the arms out away from my body and sweeping them up so the arms are in line with my shoulders 4) really squeezing the shoulders as I lower the weights back down 5) keeping my upper body quite still so just the shoulders do the work . I think shoulders are such lovely muscle on a woman, and can be very feminine, especially as we age. Without weight training, I wouldn't have any tone after losing so much weight. Weights have helped to "fill out" my lose skin from the weight loss and have helped to pep up my metanol. I'm eating more than ever but staying trim.
