This is what I've been doing recently for 12-15 minutes a day, mirror therapy. There isn't any more research out there on the real reasons why phantom pains exist so its quite hard to find the right therapy to get rid or help to reduce phantom pains. Ill be starting to use meditation soon to see if it helps as recommended by my therapists. #gettinthelegsstrongerformybionicleglol #mirrortherapy #phantompains
