Growing up, one of my biggest insecurities was having a tiny block shaped torso with really long limbs hanging off of it. Finding clothes that fit me properly was such a struggle- I always felt so deflated after going clothes shopping. . . I was told there was nothing I could do to change my structure- I just had to learn to accept it. And of course this is true, I could not physically change the structure of my body- but what I could do is build muscle in the right places and sculpt it into the shape I am happy with ???? . So to any folks out there who struggle with this issue- focus on building muscle on your legs, glutes and back (especially lats)- this will help create the illusion of a more symmetrical shape ???? . And of course, be happy along the journey too my friends. You cannot hate your body right now, and magically expect that you are going to love it once you reach your desired shape. Accept the shape that you have, while working towards becoming the best possible version of yourself. ????????
