ANYWHERE Full Body, But most importantly ????????Please READ & share the message - SAVE + LIKE + SHARE ???????? - This workout is a throwback from earlier this Year, when our reality looked much different... Now, I DON'T care much about being stuck at home. I DON'T care about not going on vacation. I don't care about going out to a fancy dinner. Or that the gyms are closed. I can live without any of those things! What I care about is the many infected people, a lot of whom are fighting for their lives. I care about the healthcare workers that put their lives at risk daily and I'm brought to tears thinking of their bravery and kind hearts. I care about not being able too see my parents, but only through a window... I care about having to stand distances away to talk to my sisters... I care about not being able to hug my niece and nephews! I care about you, friends!!! I care about our global family! So please stay home and stay safe! If you absolutely must go out, wear gloves and masks. Make sure the people from whom you're buying food are also are wearing masks and gloves.
